安徽普源分離機(jī)械制造有限公司前身為起步于上世紀(jì)六十年代的蚌埠輕工制藥機(jī)械總廠，現(xiàn)位于國家級(jí)高新區(qū)——蚌埠高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)內(nèi)。是全國分離機(jī)械標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)委員單位，國家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，國家級(jí)專精特新“小巨人”企業(yè)，省認(rèn)定企業(yè)技術(shù)中心，安徽省工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中心，省高速離心分離機(jī)械工程技術(shù)研究中心，省級(jí)創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)，省技術(shù)創(chuàng)新示范企業(yè)，省級(jí)“守合同重信用”企業(yè)。
作為國內(nèi)較早的離心機(jī)專業(yè)制造企業(yè)之一，公司本著“以質(zhì)量求生存，以信譽(yù)求發(fā)展”的核心理念，于2005年先后通過ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證和ISO14001環(huán)境管理體系認(rèn)證，并于2015年榮獲省質(zhì)量獎(jiǎng)。通過近年來與多領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)融合以及對(duì)市場資源的充分整合，在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、技術(shù)迭代、制程控制、質(zhì)量體系建設(shè)等方面的成果日益凸顯。公司核心技術(shù)人員和管理人員正呈逐步年輕化趨勢，新成員的不斷融入、新技術(shù)新思維的不斷衍生與迭代，為公司的核心技術(shù)、制造工藝及服務(wù)理念的持續(xù)更新注入了強(qiáng)勁且持久的動(dòng)力。
公司位于高新區(qū)的新廠區(qū)占地面積4.3萬平方米，建筑面積3.7萬平方米，各類機(jī)加工、鉚焊及檢測、試驗(yàn)設(shè)備完備。主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品有LW系列臥式螺旋卸料沉降離心機(jī)、GK系列臥式刮刀卸料離心機(jī)、PGZ系列全自動(dòng)下卸料潔凈型味精機(jī)、SGZ/PGZ系列全自動(dòng)下卸料離心機(jī)、SD/PD系列吊袋離心機(jī)等。產(chǎn)品主要面向食品、制藥、化工、石油化工、礦山、冶金、環(huán)保等領(lǐng)域。其中公司自主開發(fā)的T系列新型特高速臥螺離心機(jī)，在整機(jī)的極限分離因數(shù)、穩(wěn)定性、安全性、處理能力等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)指標(biāo)達(dá)到國際先進(jìn)水平，能更好地適用于動(dòng)植物蛋白、菌絲、酵液等高端應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。

Anhui Puyuan Separation Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.（the former is Bengbu Light Chemical Machinery Co.,Ltd）is one of the earliest professional separation manufacturing enterprises in China with a history of over 40 years.
It is a member of China Separation Machinery Technical Committee for Standardization,the director unit of China Separation Machinery Industry Association,National Specialized,National High-tech Enterprise,Refined,and New "Little Giant" Enterprise,Provincial-determined Enterprise Technical Center,Provincial Innovative Demonstration Enterprise,Provincial“the Contract and Accredit Honoring Unit”,Provincial mechanical engineering technology research center of high-speed separation machinery.
Puyuan has been adhering to the business philosophy of “living by quality,developing by reputation“,constantly introduce new technology and develop high technology products to improve the capacity of quality management and productivity.It has been certified by ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system,also won the Provincial Quality Award in 2015.In recent years,Puyuan has taken great achievements in product development,technology iteration,process control and quality system construction.More and more young people became core technical personnel and management personnel.New members,new techniques and new thinking of derivation and iteration continuously pour a strong and lasting power into Puyuan's core technology,manufacturing process and service philosophy.
Puyuan is located in the national high and new technology industry development zone of Bengbu city,Anhui province.The plant covers 47,000 square meters including a construction area of 37,000 square meters,and owns all necessary equipment of machining,welding,detecting and testing.Our main products include LW horizontal Solid-bowl Scroll-discharge decanter centrifuges,GK horizontal scraper discharge centrifuges,PGZ automatic bottom discharge centrifuges for MSG,SGZ/PGZ automatic bottom discharge centrifuges and SD/PD hanging bag centrifuges,etc.These different series of products are mainly used in such industries as food,pharmaceutical,chemical,petroleum,chemical,mineral,metallurgy,environmental protection,etc.Independent research and development of LWT series of horizontal Solid-bowl Scroll-discharge decanter centrifuge run at high-speed,its maximum separation factor,stability,safety,processing capacity and other key technical indicators have reached international advanced level.LWT serials of centrifuge are especially suitable for animal and plant protein,hyphae,fermentation broth and other high-end fields of application.
